Location is perfect, just a short walk to Times Square. The bar next door can get noisy at night.

super comfy king size bed and a decent size room with a great view of Broadway. Everything in the room was spot on - free toiletries, iron, heating, fridge, and flat-screen TV. The staff were super nice and helpful, especially when we had credit card hassles. The location is perfect for subway and walking around. Fitness centre was a plus too.

we liked how welcoming all the staff were in particular the doormen Jeff and Saeed who were extremely helpful, also the lovely lady who cleaned our room who had a smile for everyone each day - our room was always immaculate. although our room was not very big it was lovely and quiet. location was really central and just enough away from the very busy Times Sq. the fruit and buns provided after 4pm is a nice touch.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was unbeatable - we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit, including Central Park, Times Square, theaters, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed. The free coffee in the morning was a lifesaver, and the staff provided great recommendations for things to do and see in the city.
That the room we booked did not have a refrigerator as promised, and the size was smaller than we expected.
